Domestic Shipping Policy

Currently, Frosty Lane Designs can only be shipped within the United States.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, we will email you your tracking information.

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 7-10 business days due to nature of our handmade, custom products. Orders are not shipped on weekends. Orders can be delivered on weekends, if that method is selected at checkout.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping or delivery charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
